Meridian Shepherd GmbH offers digital and in-person training programs based on modern learning methods. The subject is the provision of structured learning content for professional skills development. A specific learning outcome or a particular professional position is not guaranteed.
📋 §2 Rights and Obligations
Responsibilities of Participants
Participants undertake to actively participate, comply with program guidelines, and use the materials exclusively for personal learning purposes. Passing on access data or content to third parties is prohibited. The provider makes the programs available as described.
⚖️ §3 Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Responsibility
The provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behavior. No liability is assumed for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. The programs serve personal development and do not replace professional advice.
🔄 §4 Termination and Expiration
Contract Duration and Notice Periods
Use of the programs can be terminated at any time by written notice to info@meridianshepherd.com. In the event of a violation of the terms of use, the provider reserves the right to immediately block access. Fees already paid will not be refunded in this case.
📅 §5 Changes to Terms
Adjustments and Updates
The provider reserves the right to change these terms with reasonable advance notice of at least 14 days. Changes will be communicated by email. If the participant does not object within this period, the new terms are deemed accepted.
